is an Original “LITHOGRAPH" by the Well "Listed" American Artist
"FREDERICK SCHILLER COZZENS" (1856-1928), who's listed everywhere,

This wonderful "Marine Styled Medium", aptly titled "FISHING
ACROSS THE SHORE", it depicts a couple of the period, 1880's fishing with
a Tarpon on the line, is of INVESTMENT QUALITY and COZZENS is truly an artist
